Greetings and welcome to the fun and exciting world of my Abstract Art.
Here you will find bright colors, squiggly lines, brick patterns, and other odd patterns, shapes and sizes to tantalize your eye sockets and baffle your mind. I created my artwork using a number of assorted Gel Pens,(Pilot G-2 07,The Write Dudes Super Gel,Uniball) which gives me that rich bold color that I love so much. Not all gel pens are created equal, Pilot Pens are my favorite because they give me the smoothest writing, which makes it easy to color on sketch pads. This is why I call it Abstract "Ink" Art. Sorry,I'm not a tattoo artist.
All of the work created here was created using a free form technique I call "doodling" and what it creates is strictly unintentional. I am always doodling so there really is no way I can ever run out of art to show! I'm on my third sketch book! Not all of my work gets to the web. Yep, I'm holding back the good stuff! (wink, wink!)
Each abstract work you see here is not the original. The originals are much bigger, and because my scanner can only fit so much image on a page, unfortunately you won't see the entire work of art. Its true integrity will only be seen in a gallery, which I am working very hard to make happen. But for now, I'm just sharing with the world.
When you look at my art, WHAT DO YOU SEE? My artwork challenges the mind, and gives the person looking at it the creative lens!
I title each artwork based on what I see in the work, however you may see something totally different. Everyday I discover something new. So I'm not at all married to the titles, feel free to challenge me on that aspect!
